Through your experience, you will learn how to inspire people to support others in becoming the best that they can be. This program includes guidance calls and information to prepare for an amazing and safe experience through mindset, physical regimen, and nutrition.  Once in Tanzania, there is a short period for travel recovery, acclimation, team building and climb preparation while also participating in volunteer work at an orphanage sponsored by K2 Adventures.

This program includes everything in the Adult version, plus more! An 11-month curriculum will be provided that starts well before the actual trip. All participants will be divided into teams to share in highly experiential and fun assignments in the areas of contribution, hiking/outdoor adventure, studies in leadership, and journaling that they do (or debrief) with their teammates from around the globe. The last activity will be the Mt. Kilimanjaro Expedition.
