Are you ready to develop leadership skills that will last a lifetime? As part of the Mountain Leadership Experience, you will learn how to take ordinary people and turn them into a championship team! On the world-famous Inca Trail, spanning thousands of kilometers through the breathtaking Andes Mountains, you’ll challenge yourself to step up as a leader, and as a member of a championship team. Throughout your 3-day hiking experience, you will learn how to inspire people to support others in becoming the best that they can be. This program includes guidance calls and information to prepare for an amazing and safe experience through mindset, physical regimen and nutrition. Once in Peru, there is a short period for travel recovery, acclimation, team building and hiking preparation, while also participating in volunteer work in the Sacred Valley at an organization supported by K2 Adventures. All of this will culminate with a 2-day privately guided tour of Machu Picchu.

This program includes everything in the Adult version, plus more! A curriculum will be provided that starts well before the actual trip. All participants will be divided into teams to share in highly experiential and fun assignments in the areas of contribution, hiking/outdoor adventure, studies in leadership and journaling that they do (or debrief) with their teammates from around the globe. The last activity will be the Peru Expedition.
